Motive is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to help build and scale strong sales teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting for enterprise and business-critical roles, partnering with hiring managers to shape search strategy and candidate profiles.

You will build pipelines through targeted sourcing, market mapping, networking, and referrals. This role reports to the Director, Sales Recruiting and emphasizes inclusive hiring practices, data-driven decisions, and a fast-growing technology

Qualifications

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales roles from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role priorities and search strategy.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates through sourcing, market mapping, networking, and referrals.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
