Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to build and scale strong teams across our sales organization. You will own end-to-end recruiting for multiple high-priority roles, partner with hiring managers to set priorities, and build robust pipelines of passive candidates through sourcing, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting within a technology or high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting and closing passive candidates across sales, specifically Enterprise sales and business functions.
• Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders on market conditions, search strategy, interview processes, and offers.
• Strong command of recruiting metrics, ATS data hygiene, and using insights to guide decisions.
• Ability to manage diverse priorities independently, influence stakeholders, and solve complex hiring challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales and business-critical roles, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on search strategy.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing, market mapping, networking, and referrals.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience and support inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruiting process.
