Job summary

UltraTalent is a fast-growing recruitment firm focusing on GTM and AI hiring for AWS, ServiceNow, Workday, Zoom, and 100+ AI startups. We are hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter to own revenue generation and client growth in a true full-desk role with BD focus.

You will generate your own pipeline through outbound efforts (80%), close inbound leads (20%), and run the full sales cycle while partnering with the recruiting team to deliver on roles. An option to run a full desk is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development / sales (agency, staffing, or B2B services preferred).
• Strong closer — comfortable owning deals end-to-end.
• Experience working both inbound leads + outbound prospecting.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Bonus: background in recruiting or search.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter to own revenue generation and client growth.This is a true full-desk opportunity (BD-first) — ideal for someone who wants to build a book of business and control their earnings.
