Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant order management experience.
• Candidates without a degree may be considered with 10+ years of extensive relevant experience.
• Experience working with B2B customers, retailers, distributors, or similar business accounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B customer accounts, including retailers and distributors.
• Validate and enter purchase orders through EDI or manual email entry.
• Review and resolve order errors, including quantity and shipping address issues.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and other internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Perform weekly pricing updates on open orders.
• Review and validate pricing claims and provide support to the Finance team.
• Monitor order status and ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
