Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a dedicated Customer Service / Sales Support specialist in Golden, CO to support client requirements and drive revenue. You will generate quotations, maintain pricing, and process orders with accurate paperwork for shipment.

Responsibilities include managing international accounts, preparing custom paperwork, and handling inquiries via phone, email, or web requests. A high school diploma and 3+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales Support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales quotations based on client requirements.
• Maintain client product profiles to generate quotations.
• Create and maintain client pricelists and discount pricing.
• Process orders and prepare required paperwork for shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accurate paperwork.
• Handle incoming customer support calls, emails, web requests.
• Support international and key account clients and sister company accounts.
• Assist with other sales/service/logistics activities as required.
