Job summary

Kaufman Hall is seeking a Sales Operations Sr. Specialist to support the Consulting business by developing and reviewing client proposals, SOWs, and contracts. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Leadership to ensure accurate pricing, scope, and approvals, while maintaining efficient review cycles.

The role is based in Denver or Chicago with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office). Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracting or sales enablement experience.
• CRM experience; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong time management and multi-project handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support development, editing, formatting, and quality review of client-facing proposals, statements of work, contracts, and related sales materials.
• Draft, edit, and review contracts supporting Consulting project sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal to facilitate risk mitigation and ensure alignment with pricing and scope.
• Ensure alignment between proposal documents and CRM opportunity details (pricing, scope, delivery plan, approvals).
• Facilitate leadership proposal review and approval processes.
• Manage the intake process and a rotating portfolio of proposal review requests.
• Leverage CRM and document management systems to improve workflows and cycle times.
• Create SOPs and communicate processes to stakeholders.
