Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC, is seeking a Sales Operations Sr. Specialist to play a key role supporting Kaufman Hall's Consulting business and sales operations. This individual will perform a critical sales enablement function as part of a team that oversees the development, review and approval of client‑facing proposals and contracts during the sales process.
This role requires strong proposal development and contracting skills and experience, deal configuration (pricing) experience, attention to detail, quality control, customer service and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while building credibility with internal stakeholders in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. In addition, the right individual will help identify, recommend, and implement improvements to continuously streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong background and interest in sales operations, professional services, and healthcare. This full‑time position is based in Denver or Chicago.
