Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracting experience in business operations or sales support.
• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Pricing experience or comfort with pricing in contracts.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Time management and ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Excellent customer service, professional demeanor and communication.
• Strong teamwork and organization with attention to detail.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive material.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, format, and quality review proposals, statements of work, contracts, and sales materials.
• Draft, edit, and review contracts for consulting project opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal to facilitate risk mitigation.
• Align proposal documents with CRM opportunity details including pricing and scope.
• Facilitate leadership proposal review and approval processes.
• Manage client expectations and keep stakeholders informed of status and outcomes.
• Oversee intake/process and a rotating portfolio of review requests.
• Utilize CRM and document management tools to improve workflows.
• Ensure consistency and professional presentation across materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing, scope, and terms questions.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on proposal development and approvals.
• Maintain approved proposal language and contract templates.
• Document key processes in SOPs and job aids.
• Support training materials and content delivery as needed.
