Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Sr. Specialist to support Kaufman Hall’s consulting sales process by developing, editing, and approving client proposals and contracts. You’ll collaborate across Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate pricing, scope, terms and compliant content in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in Denver or Chicago, with three days in the office per week; a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years contracting experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracting experience in business operations or sales enablement
• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support development, editing, formatting, and quality review of client-facing proposals, statements of work, contracts, and related sales materials
• Draft, edit, and review contracts supporting Consulting project sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Legal to facilitate risk mitigation
• Ensure alignment between proposal documents and CRM opportunity details, including pricing, scope, delivery plan, and approvals
• Facilitate leadership proposal review and approval processes
• Manage internal client expectations and keep stakeholders informed of status and timelines
• Assist in maintaining proposal language, templates, and reusable content
• Collaborate with Consulting, Legal, Finance, and Practice Leadership on questions related to pricing and documentation
