Job summary
Hexagon, a global leader in measurement technologies, is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations Americas to lead the regional Sales Operations team for Production Software. You will drive order management, quoting, booking, deal desk and related commercial support, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT and Supply Chain.
Based remotely in the US, you will translate strategy into operational plans, establish KPIs, and guide cross-functional processes to deliver a predictable, scalable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years in sales operations with leadership experience
- Experience leading commercial or sales-support operations in a software/tech environment
- Strong understanding of quoting, pricing, approvals, booking, and order-to-cash
- Experience supporting software/subscription transactions
- Proven success improving commercial processes with measurable gains
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment
Responsibilities
- Lead the Americas Production Software Sales Operations organization (order management, quoting/booking, deal desk, and commercial support)
- Establish clear operating processes, SLAs, controls, and KPIs
- Manage capacity and seasonal/quarterly volume
- Oversee deal desk for complex transactions and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive systems, automation, and data-driven improvements
- Develop and coach Sales Operations managers and professionals
