Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales HCW to lead the Sales Development and Sales Operations for HCW Platform Solutions. You will build a scalable prospecting engine, align with Marketing, and provide forecasting and pipeline insights to leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. Remote work with coordination across US teams and global partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in technology sales, sales development, sales operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading SDR/BDR programs and outbound prospecting.
• Hands-on with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of the Sales Development function to generate qualified opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage Sales Development team members.
• Set goals, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with pipeline and revenue.
• Develop prospecting strategies for target accounts, industries, and buyer personas.
• Build and optimize account-based prospecting models and tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align demand generation and ABM efforts.
• Monitor performance and use data to improve productivity and pipeline contribution.
• Support quarterly and annual pipeline, new-logo, and revenue objectives.
• Lead sales operations to improve productivity, scalability, and forecasting.
