Qualifications

• Experience with large datasets across multiple systems.
• 3+ years in sales processes, territory management, and go-to-market operations.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Excel proficiency for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support territory design, account assignments, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance to align territory structures.
• Maintain and enhance assignment logic in Salesforce and related systems.
• Support campaign targeting, lead routing, and pipeline alignment.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and resolve quality issues.
• Develop scalable data hygiene and operational processes.
• Support sales compensation data validation, reporting, reconciliation.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI.
• Deliver insights on pipeline, revenue, and operational performance.
• Prepare executive-level readouts on trends, risks, and opportunities.
