Job summary

ZeroFox is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales organization through quoting, reporting, and day-to-day data analysis. This role owns the quote-to-cash process through CPQ, builds the dashboards leadership relies on, and partners closely with Sales and Sales Operations to keep the business running efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a sales operations or related role.
• Strong working experience in Salesforce: running reports, dashboards, navigation daily.
• Hands-on CPQ experience: creating and managing quotes and quote-to-cash.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot quotes through Salesforce CPQ, supporting end-to-end quote-to-cash.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support forecasting, pipeline, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Operations leadership to analyze data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and analysis for ad hoc and recurring business needs.
• Support data hygiene and integrity within Salesforce.
• Serve as a trusted Salesforce power user for the sales team.
• Identify process improvements and support their implementation.
