Job summary

ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a driven Business Analyst III to support the Quote to Cash value stream within the CPQ & Digital Commerce portfolio. This individual contributor role analyzes, designs, and optimizes the business processes and technology across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle.

You will work at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Billing, Legal, and IT, translating complex QTC needs into Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions to improve data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years supporting Quote to Cash, Lead to Cash, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud RCA.
• Experience with enterprise integration and ERP/Billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand Quote to Cash processes and priorities.
• Lead requirements gathering, interviews, and workshops to define solution requirements.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps for Quote to Cash workflows.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Architects, and Engineers to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, release readiness, and post-release optimization.
