Job summary

ezCater, the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US, seeks a Strategic Sales Operations Lead in Boston. You will partner with Sales Ops leaders, drive cross-functional initiatives, and design scalable governance for GTM processes and CRM systems.

You'll work with executives to translate strategy into analytics, define KPIs, and roll out AI-powered improvements. This hybrid role offers substantial ownership and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in sales operations or related roles with cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic decisions.
• Strong CRM reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to design models for territories, capacity, funnel or incentives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and automation ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and ICs.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into analytical frameworks and project charters.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional initiatives.
• Structure projects into workstreams and guide ICs and partners.
• Co-design sales process governance and standardize core processes.
• Own process design for CRM systems and data cleanliness.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation in sales.
• Define KPI frameworks and help build dashboards used by leadership.
• Serve as strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops.
• Set documentation standards and bring best practices to the organization.
