Synthesia is hiring a Director of Sales Operations to own the global pre-sales operating rhythm, leading a small senior team, and serving as the first Sales Ops leadership seat in North America. The role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and collaborates with Sales, SDR, and Sales Engineering.

You’ll drive forecasting, process architecture, SE coverage, quota deployment, and cross-functional alignment, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and executive-level stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations with people management.
• B2B SaaS domain expertise across small and large companies.
• Owned a forecast; can discuss methodology and fixes.
• Experience with SE-to-AE coverage models and POC processes.
• Strong Salesforce expertise and ability to diagnose in the object model.

Aufgaben

• Forecasting and pipeline inspection: end-to-end forecast method and cadence.
• Own pre-sales process architecture and handoff between SDR and AE.
• Manage Sales Engineering coverage, POC/demos, and technical win-rate reporting.
• Territory, quota deployment, and audit trail; SE comp alignment.
• Partner with field leaders and align with GTM Engineering and Data teams.
• Design AI-native operations for deal inspection, enrichment, and forecast commentary.
• Lead and develop a senior ops team across US and Europe time zones.
