Crescent Hotels & Resorts, on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort, seeks a Senior Sales Manager (SMERF) to drive group business and cultivate relationships in SMERF markets.

You will proactively source and secure new and existing accounts, tailor proposals to client needs, and work to meet or exceed revenue goals while delivering superb service.

Competenze

• 4-year degree in Hospitality or related field OR 4+ years in hotel sales at a 500+ room property.
• SMERF group business experience required.
• Hilton experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Solicit and manage group opportunities with significant revenue potential.
• Actively upsell each opportunity to maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal and team revenue goals and ensure proper turnover for service delivery.

Essential Duties

Senior Sales Manager- SMERF is an overtime eligible manager (OEM)
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will drive group business by cultivating relationships within SMERF markets. You’ll proactively source and secure new and existing business accounts, tailor proposals to clients need to meet/exceed revenue goals.

• Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group related opportunities with significant revenue potential
• Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity
• Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
• Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
• Provides service to our customers to grow the account on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort

Education And/Or Experience

A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years’ experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500 rooms or more.
Hilton Experience Is a Plus But Not Required.
SMERF group business prior experience required.
This position does require previous hotel experience and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals. If you have the spirit of hospitality, great communication skills and stellar at developing relationships, this may be your opportunity to make an impact and to grow with us.
