Osborne Coinage Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in precious metals, numismatic coins, collectibles, and commemorative medallions. You will build relationships with collectors, investors, dealers, and distributors, and lead prospecting, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.

The role rewards a strong sales track record with a competitive salary plus commission, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Candidates with related industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree plus 3 years related sales experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with collectors, investors, dealers, and distributors.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound sales.
• Promote and sell precious metal products, minting capacity, and commemorative programs.
• Provide expert product recommendations based on customer interests.
• Source and promote licensed precious metal coin programs to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM / Group Sales funnel system.
• Support the internal product development group.
• Stay current on market trends, product releases, and industry developments.
