Osborne Coinage (Part of HM Precious Metals) in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to drive project coordination from start to finish. You will partner with Account Executives, coordinate with production leaders and vendors, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes manufacturing familiarity, strong organization, and clear communication to keep multiple projects moving and documented in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or sales coordination with a bachelor's degree (preferred) or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Manufacturing background highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and numerical skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal teams and third parties to execute projects efficiently.
• Build detailed project plans from order to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Osborne's Mint Production leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and client debriefs.
• Manage scope, schedule, and costs, and assess risks.
• Maintain accurate project data in ERP (Acumatica).
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Create project documentation and post-project summaries.
