• Experience managing, coaching, or leading a sales team.

• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Comfortable in-field leadership across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop New Home Sales Consultants.
• Set expectations for performance, activity, follow-up, and customer experience.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, field coaching, and performance reviews.
• Recruit and develop high-performing sales talent.
• Maintain CRM usage and accurate sales data across communities.
