Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales strategy for AI-datacenter and communications sectors. You will drive design-ins at the architectural level, build deep technical relationships with Tier-1 AI infrastructure providers, and identify new business opportunities in the hardware ecosystem.

Strong leadership in semiconductor sales and CRM analytics are essential, with equity grants and a commission plan included in the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the semiconductor or high-tech hardware industry.
• Proven leadership of high-impact sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the Semiconductor Sales ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share in AI-driven data centers and high-speed communications.
• Position SiTime’s timing solutions as a critical enabler for AI clusters and enterprise hardware.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Engineering, and BU Leadership to secure long-term design wins and align roadmaps with AI/Datacenter demands.
• Utilize CRM and analytics to monitor design-win pipelines and forecast revenue.
