Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a senior-level customer engineer or system architect focused on datacenter, AI, and communications markets.

You will own pre-sale and post-sale technical activities, delivering design-wins and revenue growth by solving timing challenges and shaping solutions for key accounts. You will build trusted advisor relationships with system architects and technical leadership, influence roadmaps, and develop regional training content to empower sales and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applications and design engineering experience in datacenter, AI, networking or telecom.
• Proven ability to establish deep technical relationships with system designs and architects.
• Strong business acumen linking technical solutions to customer needs.
• Strategic thinker capable of debugging and solving complex technical issues in high-speed SERDES, compute and communications systems.
• Deep understanding of time synchronization architectures and systems.
• Knowledge of GR-1244, IEEE1588/PTP, NPT, GPS/GNSS, or G.8262 is helpful.
• Hands-on timing measurement instrumentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep technical relationships with assigned key customers, including system architects and technical management.
• Own and deliver design-wins by collaborating with regional sales to identify design slots and architect SiTime solutions.
• Drive solution selling via clock tree and architectural discussions at the system level.
• Create localized technical content and training programs for regional sales teams and channel partners.
• Advocate for the customer voice to influence SiTime roadmap and strategy for revenue growth.
