SiTime Corp. is seeking a senior level customer engineer or system architect with a focus in datacenter, AI and communication markets.

You will own pre-sale and post-sale activities, delivering design-wins and revenue growth by connecting with customers and understanding system-level needs. This highly technical role requires building trusted advisor relationships, architecting SiTime solutions, and influencing product strategy to achieve growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of applications and design engineering in datacenter, AI, networking or telecom.
Proven track record of establishing deep technical relationships with system designs.
Strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to customer needs.
Strategic thinker able to debug and solve complex technical issues in timing.

Responsibilities

Establish deep technical relationships with key customers including system architects and management.
Own and deliver design-wins by aligning with regional sales and architecting SiTime solutions.
Drive solution selling via clock tree and architectural discussions at the system level.
Create technical content and training for regional sales and partners.
Be the customer voice influencing SiTime roadmap and revenue growth.
