Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead efforts in soliciting, booking, planning, and coordinating meetings and events in the Denver market. You will maximize banquet space and drive revenue while serving as a liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires advanced sales expertise, client relationship development, and leadership in executing strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Hospitality industry background is preferred.
• Experience selling luxury brands and experiential services preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts to solicit, book and coordinate meetings and events.
• Maximize banquet space revenue and manage key accounts.
• Develop client relationships and communicate with hotel departments.
• Forecast, plan, and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Mentor and collaborate with team to achieve budgeted targets.
• Represent Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center to clients and partners.
• Prepare contracts and ensure service delivery meets standards.
