The role emphasizes coaching, performance coaching, and market development, with a compensation plan based on base salary and commissions in a busy funeral, cemetery, and cremation services network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience required.
• Experience as a Sales Counselor and in supervisory roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Insurance license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Instruct and coach Sales Counselors per training manuals and policies.
• Support aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge and closing skills.
• Lead Sales Counselors and oversee delivery of customer service.
• Develop local marketing programs aligned with community demographics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
