Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience; funeral home or related settings preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and proven inside sales success.
• Ability to recruit, train and energize a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for the location(s).
