Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality sales experience.
• Minimum four years of progressive hotel sales experience including banquet/event sales.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, annual revenue and ADR targets.
• Solicit, manage, and close group, transient, banquet, and catering business.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
