Job summary

Léal Hospitality seeks a Senior Sales Manager for MOHI in Morgan Hill, a pre-opening role opening in early 2027. You will drive group, transient, banquet, and catering revenue, manage the full sales cycle, and grow key accounts while collaborating with venues across the Léal Portfolio.

The position requires a four-year hotel sales track record, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and a client-focused, collaborative approach to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or Event/Meeting Planning is preferred.
• Minimum of four years of progressive hotel sales experience, including banquet and event sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, room night, and ADR goals.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals, managing a high inquiry volume.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and maintain timely follow-up with leads.
• Contract events and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution.
• Mentor sales team members and share best practices.
