JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview

At Naviant, we're seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  2. Mentor, coach, and lead Business Development Representatives, Account Representatives, and a Sales Operations team to exceed targets.
  3. Collaborate with marketing to align campaign efforts and drive conversions.
  4. Analyze lead acquisition and sales performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
  5. Forecast revenue, oversee metrics, and present insights to senior leadership.
  6. Refine sales processes, implement best practices, and scale success across the team.
  7. Identify and capitalize on account expansion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or leadership, preferably in lead generation or inside sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strategic leader with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
