Job summary

NextGen Security, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. You will lead key accounts, develop new business, and collaborate with operations and engineering to deliver integrated security solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in security integration sales, a strong leadership background, and deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security integration sales experience.
• Proven leadership in sales and client management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security solutions and integration.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the DFW market.
• Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop customized security solutions.
• Create and present proposals, quotes, and scopes of work to clients.
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and post-sales support.
• Provide technical knowledge on access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Lead and mentor junior sales team members to drive overall team success.
