Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, or teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and the ability to inspire a diverse team.
• Proven track record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Ability to balance dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation.
