Alleviation seeks a Senior Sales Representative who will blend sales excellence with mentorship. You'll start by building your own sales record, then transition into leading and training a growing team, always keeping results to demonstrate leadership by example.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales or client-facing roles, proven leadership and teaching experience, and the ability to inspire a diverse team while managing dual sales and mentoring duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Has Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
