Alleviation seeks a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor who will blend sales excellence with leadership development. The role starts with building a proven sales record and transitions into mentoring the team while maintaining personal sales performance.

You will guide and educate colleagues, drive results, and participate in ongoing training initiatives, shaping leaders through hands-on coaching and strategic selling.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Has Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
