Alleviation is seeking a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to lead and educate a dynamic sales team. You will establish your sales record while preparing to mentor others, embodying leadership by example.

In this role you’ll drive sales results, share your knowledge, and develop new talent through formal training, coaching, and ongoing field mentoring. A proactive, communicative leader with a passion for teaching is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in leadership, management, training, or teaching
• Excellent communication and ability to inspire diverse teams
• Able to pass a high-level background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
