The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, with proven leadership, training, and coaching capabilities, and a commitment to mentoring across a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Has Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
