Alleviation seeks a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to blend sales excellence with hands-on mentorship. You will establish your sales record while stepping into a leadership role, guiding and educating our team to emulate leadership by example.

The ideal candidate combines a proven sales background with a passion for mentoring, training, and developing others, while maintaining personal sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years full-time experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Proven leadership, management, training, or teaching experience.
• Strong ability to communicate, connect, and inspire diverse teams.
• Track record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Able to balance dual sales and mentorship responsibilities.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead in sales while mentoring team members.
• Establish sales records and transfer skills to others.
• Maintain high engagement and mentorship while meeting sales targets.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
• Support pre-employment background checks and onboarding processes.
