Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Associate Vice President of Sales to drive regional growth across UT, NV, and AZ. Remote role with 75% travel, collaborating with executives to execute strategic revenue plans and bed growth initiatives within Long-Term Care.

The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience in healthcare, with the ability to communicate with C-suite leaders and manage major client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with MBA/MHA preferred.
• Five years of client management or client sales experience.
• Experience interacting with CEOs, COOs, and SVPs.
• Five years in Pharmacy Benefit Management, pharmacy wholesale, or long-term care management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth initiatives with senior leadership for revenue goals.
• Lead strategic plans to expand client base and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with executives to manage client expectations and communications.
• Support new client start-ups, acquisitions, and transitions as needed.
• Maintain CRM and client profiling data for analytics and planning.
• Ensure alignment with corporate compliance and ethical standards.
