The role emphasizes team leadership, pipeline quality, and disciplined execution aligned to GTM strategies, with senior client engagements and cross-service-line collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 12–15+ years’ current experience with EY or a similar Global Professional Services firm.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance.
• Strong communication and executive relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Executive team to achieve targets.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
• Serve as Account Leader for select Top End Core or High Potential Core accounts.
• Collaborate across cross-service lines to drive growth.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with key clients.
