Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Sr. Manager Sales to lead day-to-day sales and customer support for new and existing outlets, driving volume, revenue, and gross profit. You will manage CCH Sales Managers and coach frontline teammates to achieve ambitious targets.

You’ll partner with Sr. Director, Regional Sales, and Operations to translate priorities into executable actions that improve customer engagement and teammate productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive management experience in beverage or related industry.
• Experience in leading leaders, coaching and training teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers to achieve objectives.
• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability through strategies and incentives.
• Plan workforce, staffing, and resource allocation for optimal performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and initiatives.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer engagement and growth.
• Represent the team in enterprise initiatives and uphold accountability.
