Experience selling through distributor networks and to design firms.
Established relationships with distributors, interior design firms, fabricators, and millwork businesses.
Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally to support distributors and events.
Willingness to work in person at Easthampton, MA offices.

Responsibilities

Distributor Management: build sales and manage relationships across distributor network daily.
Specification Selling: drive sales by gaining specifications from design firms and educating on material choices.
Team Leadership: lead Sales and Customer Service Team, mentor reps, provide solutions.
Market Strategy: develop sales strategies and analyze markets to support the business.
