Job summary

You will lead presentations, mentor the design team, and coordinate with the Principal to ensure projects move efficiently, delivering beautifully layered interiors and a highly personalized design process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential interior design experience.
• Experience mentoring others.
• Strong project management to balance big picture and details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Studio Designer preferred.
• Lead client presentations and design discussions.
• Strong construction knowledge including plan review and coordination.
• FF&E specification experience.
• Highly organized with multi-project management.
