Teledyne CARIS is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Americas to drive growth in hydrographic software solutions across North, Central and South America. You will lead channel and direct sales, expand licenses, subscriptions, and consulting engagements, and forecast pipelines weekly.

You will mentor the North America Sales Manager, collaborate with Marketing and Product on campaigns, and travel up to 50% to client sites and industry events, within the Americas region.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical sales in hydrographic market.
• CRM experience for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrography, Cartography, Marine Science, or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Spanish; U.S. citizenship.

Aufgaben

• Lead sales across North, Central, and South America, including channel and direct accounts.
• Mentor the North America Sales Manager.
• Grow software licenses, subscriptions, and consulting sales.
• Maintain and present accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Implement and refine channel programs, pricing, KPIs, and partner standards.
• Shape long‑term go‑to‑market strategies with sales, e‑commerce, and regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
• Improve processes and efficiency across global go‑to‑market teams.
• Work closely with Customer Success to ensure excellent lifecycle support.
• Represent CARIS at customer visits, demos, events, and tradeshows (up to 50% travel).
