Teledyne CARIS is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager for the Americas to lead growth in hydrographic software solutions across North, Central, and South America, including channel and direct accounts.

You will drive sales targets, leverage customer and partner relationships, and oversee the weekly forecast and pipeline. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a strong sales track record, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in hydrographic, surveying or mapping equipment/software.
• CRM experience for forecasting and pipeline management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrography, Cartography, Marine Science, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales across North, Central, and South America, including channel and direct accounts.
• Support and mentor the North America Sales Manager.
• Grow software licenses, subscriptions, and consulting sales with customers and partners.
• Maintain weekly forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to drive pipeline growth.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, demos, and events.
