Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and scanner accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and provide change.
• Stock merchandise, rotate stock, and build displays per planograms.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and tidy restrooms.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties in the absence of Store Manager or Asst. Manager.
