Qualifications

• 6 months retail or relevant work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about promotions and events.
• Maintain store appearance and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
• Operate POS system, handle transactions, and balance till at shift end.
• Lead and train sales associates; ensure accurate ticketing and inventory checks.
