Job summary

Cambia is seeking a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior to design, implement, and manage the company’s sales incentive programs across multiple offices. The role partners with the sales compensation team and business leaders to ensure accurate payments and effective program design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field; 5+ years in compensation or incentive roles preferred.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and leading cross-functional programs.
• Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs, including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments and reporting.
• Contributes to design, implementation, and management of incentive compensation programs and measures.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and participant experience.
• Designs incentive programs with business leaders to support goals and drive behavior.
• Works with tech and ops teams to implement plan requirements and test configurations.
• Develops analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness and risks.
• Serves as subject-matter expert, delivering guidance and training to leaders and partners.
