Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst for a temporary assignment onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The role focuses on administering incentive programs, analytics, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Compensation, Sales, HR, Payroll, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales compensation, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with CRM/HRIS/ERP platforms, plus exposure to SPM/ICM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, Accounting, IS, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales compensation, incentive compensation, or related areas.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, lookups, data validation, and large datasets.
• Experience with CRM, HRIS/HCM, ERP, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Ability to reconcile data across systems and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with SPM/ICM platforms and modern incent management tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end sales incentive programs: plan setup, eligibility, targets, KPI config, payout processing, and reconciliation.
• Perform periodic incentive calculations and validate results prior to payments.
• Review data across source systems for accuracy and consistency.
• Resolve questions, discrepancies, and data issues related to compensation.
• Support plan changes, new hires, transfers, and other employee events affecting incentives.
• Prepare incentive statements, reports, and management review materials.
