Job summary

LG Electronics in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst for up to six months, onsite five days a week. You will administer and analyze the company’s sales incentive programs and partner with Compensation, Sales, HR, Payroll and leadership to align plans with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in sales compensation or related field.
• Hands-on experience administering incentive programs with multiple measures.
• Advanced Excel skills including data reconciliation and large datasets.
• Experience with CRM, HRIS/HCM, ERP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end administration of sales incentive programs, including plan setup, participant eligibility, target incentives, KPI/measures configuration, payout processing, and reconciliation.
• Perform quarterly, semiannual, annual, and other periodic incentive calculations and validate results prior to payment.
• Review sales performance and compensation data for accuracy across source systems.
• Research and resolve compensation questions, calculation discrepancies, and data issues.
• Support plan changes, new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, leaves, guarantees, and other events affecting incentives.
• Prepare and distribute incentive statements, reports, payout files, and management review materials.
• Maintain documentation of plan rules, calculation methodologies, and administrative procedures.
• Support audits and maintain controls for accurate incentive payments.
