Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager, Sales FP&A to partner with North America Sales and cross-functional teams. You will drive strategic financial planning, provide actionable insights, and improve operational rigor across headcount, spend, and reporting.

You will lead the NAM finance process, collaborate with Speedboat and Central Finance, and deliver timely analyses to support growth and profitability across the region.

Formación

• 8+ years FP&A experience with direct sales partnership at manager level or above.
• Strong leadership in ambiguous situations with ability to deliver outcomes.
• Solid project management and organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities and rigor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and business partnership skills.
• Growth mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn and improve.
• Executive presence with integrity and self-motivation.
• MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales leadership to build strategic financial plans for North America.
• Provide financial insight to drive decision making and operational rigor.
• Develop metrics and reports to monitor business health, including P&L risks and opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven insights to grow profitability in NAM.
• Lead headcount planning and manage OPEX with governance over expenditures.
• Support monthly/quarterly Close, Forecast, and reporting cycles.
• Lead investments evaluation and GTM resource allocation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and close efficiency.
