Job summary

KiddeFenwal is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Sales in Ashland, MA. This role reports to the VP of Sales and works with the CFO to provide planning, analysis, and decision support to improve commercial performance.

The candidate will lead forecasting, drive pricing discussions, and develop business cases to support growth while ensuring financial discipline across the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, sales finance, FP&A, or related field.
• Experience directly supporting a Sales or commercial organization is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue, pricing, gross margin, customer profitability, forecasting, and commercial drivers.
• Ability to translate complex data into useful business insights and communicate clearly to senior leaders.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance advisor to the Vice President of Sales and Sales leadership.
• Lead sales forecasting, planning, and long-range forecasting processes.
• Develop driver-based forecasts using bookings, backlog, pipeline, pricing, and demand signals.
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast, and commercial targets and communicate variances.
• Support annual sales compensation planning and evaluate incentive structures.
• Provide financial analysis related to pricing, customer profitability, and channel strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, FP&A, Accounting, Marketing, and IT.
